It is important that we get this information below ASAP regarding shoots on the Tupgill Estate for insurance purposes as well as the following reasons:-
- The Directors would be culpable if something were to happen on our land without an appointed competent person in place then essentially liability falls to the Estate and aforementioned people.
- Legislation comes under the Health and Safety at work act 1974 also the Management of health and safety at Work Act 1999
” A suitable + sufficient risk assessment of the risks to there employees + non employees must be recorded and regularly reviewed”
